· Drive new business development and client retention in all of Maharashtra outside Pune area and in entire Goa.
· The work is predominantly outdoor field activity to meet decision makers (CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Accounts & Taxation Heads), pitch the products and explain our value proposition.
· Role will also be responsible for a set of existing clients (both Fund and Term) and will service and support them in co-ordination with ball
· He / she will engage Fund clients for annual Gratuity/Superannuation contributions and upsell of other CSG products.
· Organizing Worksites to help team meet and address individual employees in the client and prospect companies to canvas for retail business is the third KRA.
