Job Description

Experience in areas of Corporate and Commercial laws, SEBI compliances, Legal & Liasoin work.
Regular day to day compliances under listing agreement, handling of investor grievance
Maintaining statutory records & registers, preparing and filing necessary documents, e-forms and returns as required under Companies Act and other statutory acts.
Written Process Manuals & Checklists for Compliance and Secretarial functions to ensure minimum error incidence
Maintaining internal control standards, including the timely implementation of secretarial/ compliance related issues arising from internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by regulators.
Significant cost saving to the Organization by integration of various Compliance functions under one roof and developed in house secretarial audit system to monitor and ensure no lapse in Secretarial Compliances
Providing advice and direction on a variety of corporate legal matters with an emphasis on Corporate Law.
Advising business professionals, management, finance and other company departments on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures and legal strategy.
Drafting various types of contracts, agreements, petitions, legal notices and other legal documents.
Interacting with Banks, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, etc. to ensure smooth flow of operations
Liaising with Govt. and Revenue Authority, Merchant Banker & R& T Agents, High Profile and Complex Board
