Identifying the statutes/emerging regulations applicable for the organization in consultation with the business teams and functional teams.
Supporting in the development, implementation and overseeing compliance control systems (CCS).
Assisting user departments in the development / implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities to user groups.
Providing employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures (through webinar / periodic newsletters, etc.)
Verifying the software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas.
Periodically evaluating the efficiency of CCS and planning for continual improvement of CCS (including internal investigations, as necessary).
Periodically reviewing and revising the procedures & related documentation, as necessary.
Supporting stakeholders and recommending internal users and functions on the procedures to be adhered in complying to law.
Overseeing & reporting of filing of appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies
Providing assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
Preparing management reports on the compliance operations and progress.
Proficiency in English Communication
Hands on experience in examining of processes and writing reports.
