Job Description

Development activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units. Particularly focussing on large scale institutional owners, / investors / corporates and purchasers each of the core markets, with a specialised focus on India. Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside other directors in the group. Creating and managing prospective client database, proactive client engagement - calls, meetings, presentations etc.
Support for Transaction Management - Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude real estate transactions.Experience in sale of land and built assets will be beneficial. This includes involvement inpreparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical and market intelligence. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cashflows, presentations and approvals.Demonstrable client and account management skills on key transactions will be required.
Support for Advisory Assignments - The Capital Markets team provides stand-alone fee generating advisory services in the following areas:
Asset valuation and portfolio divestment advisory: Including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and divestmenttiming.
