Develop & implement a tax friendly compensation structure in alignment with various statutory requirements.
Prepare compensation grid for all grades/levels basis experience/city tier used for recruitment purposes.
Disburse compensation revision letters & communication on compensation revision philosophy to Centre Heads, Managers & Head of Departments.
Manage Wage & Salary Administration for all employees
Co-ordinate with Consultant & Vendors for timely payment of PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, INSURANCE, Gratuity & Superannuation etc.
Monitor adherence to Statutory Regulations & Compliance with various Governmental Agencies.
