Job Description

12-15 years of experience in Oracle applications
Experience working on the Oracle eBusiness Application suite and Cloud Applications covering modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor
Experience in developing solution to business requirements that require working with most of Fusion Technologies (HCM Data Loader, BI Reports, HCM Extracts, Web Services, ADF). Knowledge of Web Services is a must and Knowledge on ADF an added advantage.
Experience of performing Solution Architect Roles
Manage and lead delivery of technical components covering onsite and offshore resources and liaise with project managers to coordinate and communicate status, issues and delivery plan
Build and maintain positive client and internal relationships
Providing status and issuing reports to the Practice Manager on a regular basis
Interacting with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversions programs, and application extensions
Provide guidance and direction to junior consultants and Manage resources
Contribute to the improvement of practice intellectual capital
Experience with OUM document methodologies
