Job Description:- A. Position Purpose Responsible for handling card operational activities by enhancing customer relationships by managing post acquisition related activities i.e. extending support in handling leads generated for cross sell products , New activations , New launches and providing servicing to existing Customer Along with adherence to Audit & Compliance laid processes and guidelines. B. Position Responsibilities Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Customer Related - Support back end customer related queries and complaints, undertaking customer service initiatives. 2 Financial - Working towards Productivity Increase, Analyze steps for Controlling costs and ensuring Zero operational losses. 3 Process - As a Unit lead Manage Operational activities i.e. Maintain TAT, Accuracy, Reconciliations, MIS - Dashboards, BCP , Audits, Project Initiatives, Quality Sample reviews , Deliverable Management - DD / CC, Vendor Management. 4 People - Overall People governance, Back Up creations, Training for teams - Internal / External, Leave planning s , R&R , Goal settings, Appraisal reviews, Hirings.
