- Take delivery leadership
- Be a specialist in at least one area of FS
- Develop proposal as and when required
- Able to support business development through proposal writing, identify new opportunities and serve as a 2nd level contact point of the client.
- The team member shall be open to take up stretch assignments, as and when r required in other areas of financial services
Key Skills and Experience Required -
1. Business Strategy (Retail / corporate banking market study, competitive assessment, market size estimation)
2. Operating model (credit)
3. Policies and procedures (in depth knowledge in at least one area of the bank's operation preferably credit operations)
4. Banking regulations - Basel 2 and 3 (Clear understanding and working experience in Basel 2 and 3).
