Job Description

More than 5 years of experience in the Sales and account management function, of which last 2+ years in managing international clients.
This should have been in Outsourcing space , preferably with an organisation that has centres in India.
The candidate should have directly managed accounts at any time and delivered high level of client satisfaction and growth. He should have demonstrated ability of account planning, account mapping, translate account requirements into opportunities for the company and work on many opportunity towards closure simultaneously.
A well mannered., structured networker who understands the importance of client satisfaction, managing expectations, managing delivery issues, expectations and reporting on MIS for the client are essential traits.
Ability to handle issues like creating statement of work & other agreements , invoice payments is essential.
He should be a hands on business person who understands essentials of customer management. Hard work and ability to be on the road every day in a 24x7 work environment are an important requirement of this role.
