Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive
Effective collaboration with a global HR team
Strong Project/Program Management Skills
Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
Ability to work well across different functions and locations
5+ years of Recruiting experience in a complex recruiting environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Experience building, coaching and leading a recruiting team in a fast-paced, high-tech corporate
Prior experience in a startup or new build organization requirements.
