Job Description

Develop sales plans and goals by market analysis Generating new leads through innovative methods Enhance revenue through direct sales Develop relationships with business clients, in and out of present client categories Devise and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of organized cab service dominating the consumer market Optimize current billing and client relationships Function strategically and tactically to dominate the logistic space. Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals. Mentoring the team with positive attitude and ensure they achieved desired targets set stretch goals aimed at developing the business skills and competencies of the people in the team. Key Deliverables Develop and drive the corporate sales. New Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Promotion & Brand Building Activities Developing Plans / Collaterals /Promotion schemes acquire clients and meet revenue and collection targets Market Research & Strategic Tie Ups with Corporate /Premium Brands. Desired Candidate Profile: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job Develop and drive the corporate sales. Strong management skills to direct local sales staff and resources Strong client relationships in identified categories Good in meeting and exceeding targets A polished sales professional with the capacity to gain internal and external consensus, an extremely polished and well-groomed professional Strong communication skills to gain consensus internal and external to the local Station.
