3.Prior experience of working with similar processes within a consulting environment.
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK).
5.Proven ability to plan and organize workloads and manage multiple deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times.
6.Able to deal confidently with colleagues at different levels, developing good professional relationships and building trust.
7.Self-starter and motivated to work independently and as part of a team supporting other team members as needed so the deadlines are met.
8.Advanced working knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
9.Highly detailed and is able to work with a range of information/ data to produce accurate client documents.
10.Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems preferred.
11.Proven ability to work to high standards with mathematics and financial data.
12.Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks with attention to detail.
13.Experience working for UK client in any voice/non voice process.
14.Experience in customer service process (voice/non voice) for UK clients.
15.Ability to communicate with senior leadership/CXO levels.
