Job Description

Achieve Budgeted Turnover of Seeds category in Retail. To take care of the day to day Business & Complete responsible for Category. Ensure Targeted delivery lead time& Ensure Supplies. SKU optimization to minimise product gaps, reduction of Excess SKUS and ensuring healthy margins. Achievement of Targeted Business Enablers & Improvement in NOB & ATV. Improve Terms of Trade with suppliers of respective category. Introduce new Products in the Seeds category, Introduce Private Labels. Spearheading for Operating Margin Responsibility. Liable for Local & International Sourcing& Private Labels. Vendor Management & Involving in Decision making for Sales Improvement. Managing the spectrum of Distribution Network, Supply Chain& Maintain Fill Rate. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualified Bsc-Agri / Msc -Agri with MBA in Agribusiness Management . Candidates from reputed Seeds cos with 15 -25 yrs of experience in states of AP , Telagana , Karnataka and Maharashtra. Candidates should be well versed with the seeds requirement for the region. Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad may only apply. Excellent communications skills Negotiation Knowledge on distribution network and supply chain. Should be open to travel.
