Job Description

Maintain agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc of top management.
Attend meetings and keep minutes (if required).
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for Senior Management. Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
