Manage and monitor Salesforce projects for multiple clients ensuring client delight
Responsible for driving SLA performance, Productivity, Utilization, resource deployment and other continuous improvement opportunities
Responsible/accountable for end to end execution of project with agreed budget/margin, time, effort, schedule, quality, governance & process adherence.
Review project plans, project artifacts/monitor project execution progress
Troubleshoot delivery risks/ issues & handle delivery escalations.
Enforce and maintain all Project level compliance requirements from team members and for the project.
Define delivery metrics (if any specific metrics needed for SFDC projects) and track, report, take corrective measures at appropriate time.
Responsible for providing revenue/resource guidance and GMA submission on timely manner.
Forecast & work with COE, TMP to build capability to meet the demand. Ensure utilize resources effectively and efficiently.
Conduct regular reviews and refine the engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement on the quality of services delivered
