Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or related experience. SFDC Certified professionals.
8-12 + years of experience in enterprise technology solutions that includes:
Experience with the SFDC overall platform and all its modules and in Force.com designing technical solution architecture and integration.
Experience in the architecture and design of 1 or more successful custom Salesforce.com solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration, data migration, and authentication/Roles based access control.
A strong track record of professional success, preferably in client facing consulting engagements.
Demonstrated ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM Sales Cloud or Service Cloud solution.
Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, future state system solution design, configuration, customization, integration, development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
Extensive experience with technical architecture design with proven experience in interfacing highly complex mobile and web solutions with APIs and enterprise platforms and services
Expert knowledge of: SFDC CRM application (Sales and Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints, mobile and web technologies: Java, HTML5 and ESB
Integration and Data services architecture and techniques: SOAP, REST, JSON
Enterprise Application and SFDC integration tools that includes integrating with external applications using SOA / ESB technologies, between different business systems and from multiple data sources
SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the SalesForce Security model
Advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
Relational database concepts and how to best implement database objects in the Salesforce.com platform
Custom user interfaces with VisualForce and custom business logic in APEX.
