Job Description: Mandatory Skills Sales force development exp with angular 2+ or react like JavaScript framework (for UI team lead). 2+ years of experience in leading a team. First preference would be given to product based company candidates. JD details - Salesforce Developer- Team Lead MUST Have Minimum 6+ years of experience 2 + years of experience in leading a team Self driven Need to have patience Attention to detail and motivate team to do beyond bare minimum Technically sound 4 + years of experience with Designing solutions Strong logical and analytical skills Team player Approachable, Good Listener Multi tasker Experience with angular 2+ or react like javascript framework (for UI team lead) Good to have Product development background Experience with hiring and building a team Competencies Apex or Lightning framework leading and communicating collaborating and partnering managing a quality service delivering at pace Responsibilities 1. Solutioning Work with architects and other developers to translate business requirements into solution designs that best achieve the target capabilities and leverage the platform effectively Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design Supply expertise in advanced Lightning and Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns and asynchronous operations Sprint Execution Plan, design, develop, test and package solutions within an agile SDLC framework that delivers high-quality code on a frequent basis Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully Coach/Mentor Provide technical thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior technical team members Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained Train team on writing modular, robust and bug free code. Identify any training / certification needs and discuss with manager Collaboration with Stakeholders & Other departments Take ownership of overall release quality. Ensure that any shortcomings in user experience and features are raised and discussed with UX and Product team Collaborate with Product team to ensure technical debt is not ignored Collaborate with architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team Collaborate with quality assurance team members in designing functional and automated test plans for solutions Handle Support Requests raised by Support team and solve it with help of team as per Agreed SLA. Help internal departments like sales, customer success and marketing with attracting, winning and retaining customers. Hiring Participate in interviews for hiring team members Identify and discuss hiring needs with manager Team Morale Highlight concerns and suggestions from team members Ensure that team is able to take time out for fun activities and monthly parties
