Job Description

The role is to help / support build next wave of workflow, reports , discipline in Salesforce along with BAU ongoing support to sales team

The job will involve product control , admin (operational support) and support to sales and management team:
- The roles requires a good understanding and experience of Salesforce set-up , maintenance, workflows, customisation
- Work with sales team in understanding requirement, creating specific fields, reports, MIS and workflow. Ability to create custom reports and objects . Ability to code in
Salesforce would be a plus
- Work with management team to generate reports , analyse sale data and help improve adoption
- Work with marketing team to track and execute campaigns
- Act as admin plus product control function to monitor activities , suggest ideas

The role also requires understanding of sales process and dynamics in services organisation like IT and BPO unlike pure manufacturing or product companies. The roles requires the person to work independently with limited daily supervision and being an individual contributor. We are looking for a person with eye for details, understanding of sale process, experience of saleforces and aspiration to part of a growing sales team and organisation.
- The person should have worked supporting a sales team in an Services organisation selling IT and/or BPO services to US / Europe
- Preference would be from a mid-sized organisation than large corporation
