Job Description

-Provide day to day production support of the CRM applications to all business users, which includes maintaining the production mailbox and answering the business users

- Coordinate with the production team and facilitate closure of production support items; provide supervisory support to the offshore team

- Identify training needs for the team-members and prepare training plans.

- Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree)

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration / technical support; must have experience in managing team(s)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills (This is very important, since this person will communicate very regular with the business users)

- Ability to collaborate effectively and train resources

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Logical aptitude and ability to solve problems

- Maintain strong understanding of client's business processes as well as IT capabilities and capacity.

- Assist in providing content documentation for release or new features

- Maintain MIS trackers and reports for internal circulation
