Job Description

We are looking for a female candidate for guiding our sales team to over achieve the sales target successfully.

Job Responsibilities
1. To build sales in South India - achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and margin targets, working capital and selling cost objectives
2. Implement overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge
3. To hunt for new customers and new business opportunities
4. To develop market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration
5. To collaborate with the pharma technical (lab), customer service and logistics teams, regional and global colleagues to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales
6. To effectively develop and manage the channel to market

• Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy or Nutrition OR Engineer with MBA Marketing (preferred)
• more than 12 years of relevant sales experience
• Excellent pharma industry network
