The core function of this role is to generate business by identifying and meetings clients to capture their requirements for EHV Transformers through BD, Sales, Marketing, Tendering and direct contact with EPC Contractors and Consultants.
Role & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in direct sales, tendering and marketing, estimation, compilation for sale and marketing of turnkey projects, EHV transformers, EHV Cables and Conductors.
Candidate should have experience in EHV cable, EHV transformers.
Develop annual marketing plan for EHV transformer business with strategic market planning and market research.
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
Prepare new product marketing plans in cooperation with respective team.
Establish reporting and communications system with Clients, Sales Team and Top Management.
Identify new market, business areas / new customers and assist to establish pricing policies.
Provide Training to Marketing and Sales team and customers.
Desired EQ/ Skills and Experience:
BE/ B.Tech Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience in Sales/ Marketing/ tendering of Turnkey Projects, EHV Transformers, EHV cables, Electrical Sub Stations etc.
Should have good contacts with Utilities, EPC Contractors and Consultants.
Prior experience of marketing/ sale of turnkey projects is mandatory.
Detail oriented and hands-on with excellent negotiation skills.
8+ yrs exp in Sales/ Marketing/ tendering of Turnkey Projects, EHV Transformers, EHV cables, Electrical Sub Stations etc. Should have good contacts with Utilities, EPC Contractors and Consultants.
Meet marketing, BD and sales objectives. Prepare new product marketing plans. Establish reporting and communications with Clients, Sales Team and Top Mgt. Generate Rfqs, new market, business areas/ new customers and customer training.
