Responsible for training and inducting of new sales team.
Assessing training needs of the existing field force periodically and designing training programs and modules.
Conducting refresher programmes for the Executives on aspects related to personality development, skill development and improvement of knowledge in areas of products, as well as competitors.
Conducting induction training programs for the Sales force and Distributor's.
Helping the Branch Managers and Sales Managers ongoing basis and designing of suitable training and development programs based on the findings.
Coordinating with the corporate Human Resources Department and arranging for corporate training and development programs for the field and office staff.
Gathering an ongoing feedback from the Field Staff and Managers about the programs and the faculty who conducted the sessions and improving the design and contents of future programs
Aligning the training strategies with the business strategies and thus help achieve the organizational goals.
Building awareness with responsibility as well as building a strong and a committed field force through training and development as well as motivation.
