Building Relations with the Retailers, Distributors, dealers.
Achieving financial growth, market penetration goals of business.
Preparing Market Strategies based on Competition Analysis and Market research feedback.
Managing and mentoring the sales marketing and technical team.
Setting up and managing a full-fledged network of Channel Partners - Distributors, Dealers across region.
Handle the current retail business & will create a market
Ensuring efficient inventory management, planning product promotions / launches etc.
