Managing the assigned distributors and regularly monitoring their performance. Providing timely corrective
measures (infrastructure gaps) as needed.
Hiring, training and coaching of DSRs.
Ensuring distributors share sales Data with HO weekly
Create, manage and follow up the market hygiene corners
Ensuring customer and project database is up to date
Ensuring adherence to Danone CODE Of Business conduct
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the customers (focus on A &B customers) as well as medical team.
Education Background - Any graduate or post graduate, preferably MBA
Experience Needed (Professional) - An overall working experience of 2-4 years, relevant FMCG experience preferable.
