1. Candidate with 4-7 years of Experience in Business Origination Segment.
2. Position will require travelling and, meeting HNIs, Family Offices,
Corporates, Brokers for exploring opportunities of funding in Loan against Shares,
Bonds, MFs, Loan against Property, Margin Funding, IPO and ESOP Funding.
3. Candidate will be responsible for handling multiple products as mentioned above.
4. Candidate should have the experience in the above loan products.
5. Candidate should have relationship/network base in dealing with HNIs, Family
Office, Broker, NBFCs who require funding in Loan against Shares primarily
6. Candidates preferably working with Edelweiss, JM Finance, L&T Finance or
Bajaj Capital or in MNC Banks like HSBC, Barclays, Citibank
7. Education Qualification:
Candidate should be presently working in relevant product categories and has
significant relationship base in the specific territory or region.
8. Candidate should have the ability to generate leads, Manage New Client
Acquisition Targets, deepen relationship in existing accounts, manage end to end
requirements of clients
9. Candidate should have prior knowledge of various lending products and experience
of structuring transactions.
10. Role requirements are Result oriented and candidates performance will be
measured based on Deals Originated and Fee and Interest Income generated for
Axis Finance. Also a key result area will be how successfully new Account
relationships were added and old ones have been deepened.
11. Candidate will also be required to explore business from large/mid corporate
customers for various wholesale loans in specific territories.
