We have immediate requirement of Sales Manager for International Market and Domestic Market.
International : Pune
Domestic : Delhi
The candidate must be able to handle en to end sales
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Sales Manager (International)
Responsibilities:
• Develop business plan to ensure attainment of company international sales goals and execution of end to end sales process
• Very good communication and international sales experience for North America and European Market
• Maintains accurate records of all international pricings, sales process and activity reports
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff
• Ensures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
• Designs and recommends international sales and marketing programs
• Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales
• Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts
• Coordinate all international sales efforts with our subsidiaries and agents
• Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals


Sales Manager (Domestic)
Responsibilities:
• Sound IT Sales experience with preferable exposure to IT Domestic Market.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigning customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, & management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Must be persuasive and effectively handle objections from Clients to qualify & convert Targets/Prospects into requirements or RFP.
• Must have ability to work with technical team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure Customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
