Designation: Sales Manager (Equivalent to RSM) handling entire Region
HQ: West-Mumbai, South-Bangalore or Hyderabad or Chennai, North – Delhi, East - Kolkata
Reports to: President Sales
Desired Experienced: Min 10 years of relevant experience (Preferably food Industry)
Desired Industry: Worked / working for Leading FMCG Foods - Only
Geographical Exposure: Handled min 3 states in that Particular Region
Level working: Currently working as an RSM / ZSM or Min. 5 years as ASM / Sr. ASM
Desired Academic: Management qualifications from A or B level Institutes
The role is responsible for integrating regional sales team and is expected to achieve sales targets, outlet reach and develop product launch plans for existing products in new markets and new products in existing/ new markets.
Administrative control of the assigned territory, including scheme management, claims settlement and stock control will also be expected deliverable from the incumbent.
