Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

Topline Sales:

Achieve the agreed product wise, customer wise, segment wise sales targets
Drive profitable growth for the company
Create a funnel of new customers in key segments

Key Account Management:

Develop and execute Key Account plans for customers contributing 80% of business
Develop 5 key accounts who are preferable end user customers with more than $200 mn business base

Contribution margin:

Achieve the top line sales while ensuring the rock bottom pricing mechanism is adhered to
To ensure profitable growth of business as per targets

New Product identification

Identify and propose a funnel of new products
Develop a launch plan for new products

Sales Expenditure

Manage the sales expenses within budget
Prepare the annual sales expenditure budget

Market Intelligence:

Ensure a systematic flow of market information covering competitors activities, prices, volumes, customers, market dynamics, shifts etc.

Sales Budgeting

Prepare the annual sales budget
Prepare a 3 year sales plan
