Job Description

1. Recruit and manage the sales organization to deliver annual budget of the company
2. Manage both sales division which cover - routine pathology work as well as high end specialized testing in the areas of critical care, oncology and gynaecology work
3. Draw up the monthly, quarterly and annual budget for each geography
4. Oversee sales training and development to position iGenetic as a leading player in pathology
5. Monitor sales performance against the budget and take necessary actions to deliver the budget.
6. Manage the incentive structure to keep the team motivated to deliver on organisational goals
7. Keep track of competitive updates and develop sales strategies and pricing to win in the market place
8. Provide inputs into company's expansion plans across the country
a. Primary focus will be in Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra, Karnataka, AP, Telengana and parts of Tamil Nadu
b. Specialized pathology sales will be in the top 10-12 cities in India incluing the Metros
9. The NSM will be overall responsible for formulating and executing the sales strategy of the Company and will be one of the core team members. This is a senior role and the person has to be entrepreneurial with an ownership mind-set
