To look after Sales/BD function. To develop, strengthen, train and lead Sales Team with motivation and target oriented approach. Along-with the necessary components like CRM, MIS Reports, sales process, operational process, user interface, necessary customer agreements, registration paperwork, training programs, compliance, etc. to execute and connect various stakeholders across the industry and verticals. To review Sales activity i.e. Plan v/s Actual on monthly basis and conduct weekly calls with regional teams to review the progress as per the MIS format. To enter into agreements with Customers to protect the interest of the Company. Proper evaluation of the Customers incl. their past performance; take necessary decisions like Pricing and payment decisions to the best interest of the company and with consultation of Company Management. Keep a track of Market conditions, developments and maintain Direct contact with our Major and Important customers. To Organise, participate in events for lead generation and increasing the business. Must have excellent communication and presentation skill.
