We are currently looking to hire a Sponsorship Sales Manager for our events & conferences, who can identify relevant leads to call and acquire sponsorships for our events. The role carries competitive remuneration and monthly sales-based incentives. Sponsorship Sales Manager will manage sponsorship sales across India. He/she is responsible to grow revenue rapidly and creatively and be responsible for identifying and generating new leads with a drive to grow revenue, in addition to maximising revenue from existing clients. He/she is responsible for raising revenue through the sale of sponsorship packages for conferences/events by targeting various companies, organizations and associations.
Actively solicit sponsorship sales through sourcing & developing new leads.
Responsible for growing key customer relationships within the market
Develop new accounts and manage selected key accounts.
To research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each event.
Research and develop a list of potential sponsors.
Sell sponsorship packages to corporate clients
Deal with high-level professionals in the technology sector.
Generate direct sales from cold calling, follow-up calling and face-to-face meetings.
Build high-value client relationships and exceed service quality expectations.
Meet sales target
Calling prospective clients to create awareness and influence buying behaviour.
Deliver strong presentations which are impactful in order to convert to business revenue.
Manage KPIs, forecasts and exceed targets
On-site event coordination
Data-entry, thank you letters, event statistics and compilation of event report.
Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each event.
Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors;
Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached.
Creation of sponsorship collaterals as the package option for sponsors.
