Job Description

Management -
Understand market of interest and forces that shape the buying behavior of customers in the market
Identifies customer needs and maps these to Organization solutions to meet customer requirements
Identifies key influencing and decision-making customers. Develop strong relationships through multiple entry points with key decision-makers
Create opportunities to meet with customers and builds customer confidence in their ability to match HON capabilities to customers needs
Understand HON capabilities to create value for the customer to want to do business with HON
Identifies adjacency and white-space growth opportunities for AOP & STRAP development

Customer Relationship Management -
Contributes to establishing and maintaining effective customer relations by personally, or in conjunction with other departments resolves problems or responding to enquiries. Focus on the importance of exceeding customer requirements and maintaining a satisfied customer base
Develop high level relationships with existing and potential key customers
Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with end users and business contacts.

Sales Processes -
Ensure complete adherence to HBS standard sales processes and tools
BS degree or equivalent
Sale management experience
Proven track record in sales within Organization or similar organization

Ability to effectively negotiate and multiple levels, both commercial and technical
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to build an understanding of the customers business, industry and commercial environment (identify viable opportunities)
Cognitive skills: analytical and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to provide sound and reliable judgment in complex situations
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix team environment and mentor other team members to drive the overall business objective for the area
Financial knowledge and budget management
Results driven
Flexibility and resilience, including ability to adapt to changing/uncertain conditions
Ability to acquire and apply knowledge of Organization sales processes, tools and techniques
Ability to manage sales activity, budgeting and forecasting (Sales Process Management)
Good communication, both verbal and written
