Job Description

The sales manager is a key member of the sales team responsible for volumes and customer delight for the sales team assigned to him. He will play a critical role in ensuring that sales targets taken by the team are achieved and high customer delight is maintained. He should take up the role of a sales leader and should mentor, monitor & guide the sales team to ensure high performance. A proactive approach in ensuring that the models required by customers are made available and maintaining optimum showroom stock is desirable for this role. The sales manager should also take up the mantle of the process champion and ensure that high adherence to the sales processes is followed by the team
