Key Responsibilities include :
- Acquire borrowers on the platform for availing of loans for diverse requirements - borrowers can be from segments not currently funded by banks/NBFCs or borrowers who want loans quicker/cheaper than offered by banks/NBFCs
- Acquire lenders on the platform for offering loans to their chosen profile of borrowers primarily from Medium Net-worth Individuals (Mass Affluent category of salaried/self-employed/business persons)
- Needs to work on the leads provided by the company from the social media marketing efforts
- Ensure that leads are converted with paid registrations on the system
- Needs to also work on individual list of customers and databases provided by the company, schedule and complete appointments, make cold calls, give demos and convert these leads as paid registrations on the platform
- Needs to follow up with the paid registrations on the system to ensure closure through Loan Origination i.e. Borrower's request for loan being funded by Lender who is agreeable to the terms and conditions of the loan
- Needs to conduct activities at various colleges and corporates for lead generation apart from marketing activities in public areas
- Send daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

We are looking for 0 - 2 years experience of selling financial/consumer products to individuals, small business owners or corporates
- Familiarity with Bangalore region
- Should be able to make demos and presentations to customers - online and offline demo platforms are available
- Should be capable of and willing to spend time in the field interacting with and acquiring customers through activities in corporates, colleges, public spaces (paid marketing events)
- Excellent communication skills, patience, persistence in terms of follow up and planning is required
- Must be creative and should take initiatives in new ways to reach out to customers
- Also ensure active acquisition through Social Media supported by the company
