Job Description

5 to 8 years sales experience at a leading NBFC/ Bank
At least 2 years experience in sales of the Mortgages, LACR products. Should have insights on performance of various customer segments
Should have worked with both direct sales teams and DSAs. Should be very fluent with major DSAs in the location
Exposure to new fintech based companies would be preferred
Knowledge of MS office.

Responsible for location volumes for the Loan Against Credit Card Receivable (LACR) product, LAP, Business Loans etc
Should be able to set up and lead a team for various product and achieve monthly targets from potential customers
Formulation of strategies for target customer acquisition using both direct and indirect channels
Should be able to conduct audits on vendor practices
Be a source of knowledge enhancement for the sales and collections teams
