NOTE: Candidate should have a min. 7 yrs experience in industrial lubricant sales dealing with B2B clients mandatory Salary- Max. 35 Lac(according to the industry standard) MIN. 7 YRS IN INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANT SALES Responsibilities & Accountabilities - Responsible for the sales strategy and derive a 10 year roadmap of the product along with the board team. Must have exposure in sales/marketing of industrial and automotive lubricants. Must have experience in product development Developing product positioning strategies. Involve in planning and forecasting activities. Assist the product development team with consumer insights. Support customers with pre-sales and post- sales to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction standards. Build a sales team across locations in south initially and then scale to North and West. Experience in leading sales teams across multiple cities is a must. Desired Profile - Should have atleast 7- 10 yrs experience in sales of Indstrial lubricant.  Should have demonstrated track record of executing product strategy and target achievement.
