Job Description

You will be handling International sales and marketing functions based at corporate office, dealing and handling international companies and generating new business, providing products to existing customers, timely delivery of products. Manage and execute challenging Business plan (which shall include sales promotion, public relations, product development, supply & service appointment of representatives, pricing and distribution etc.) in line with Managements objective to achieve desired growth in terms of revenue & profitability in International Markets. Promote overall company image through digital marketing 1. Accountable for the Order booking & Sales including efficient operations of sales function of MHT, Engineering Division products, Electro Chlorination products in Overseas Markets. 2. To develop a plan and execute the same to achieve desired growth in revenue, profitability and the division as a whole. 4. Initiate and complete pre-qualification and listing of our products and facilities with applicable users in overseas market. Plan and issue agreements / representation letters etc as applicable for Representatives / Dealers in line with managements expectations and advice. 5. Based on continuous market assessment, to identify potential opportunities and threats and take effective measures to capitalize the opportunities and neutralize the threats. 6. Responsible for the design, development, management and successful execution of a challenging Business plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the market, identify the key Business Drivers for the short term (12 months), medium term (36 months) and the long term (5 years horizon) by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysis variances, initiating corrective actions and execute them rigorously to achieve the stated / agreed business target results.
