- This is a senior management role, wherein the right candidate will be considered as part of the - Core team- of the company, with an equity component at the start-up.
- This is a straddle role. Where you are expected to do front line sales till you build the sales team and machinery.
- The scope would include all retail financial products investment products (ie MFs and FDs), at the start.
- Set up and run a DST for mutual funds.
- Expected to be able to lead a front line sales team to delivery and stack up the numbers.
- Supplement delivery efforts to ensure that offline leads that are sourced are converted and the sales process closed.
- Bring market and customer insights and help the product-manager improve the online customer experience
- Develop & strengthen the online sales lead generation portal.
- Must have experience in the financial services domain and in leading a team.
- Must have set up a new team/ branch /office / vertical and have risen up the ranks with experience and performance.
- The candidate should understand and be able to build the sales (& marketing) strategy. The candidate should bring industry insight and offer a strategic perspective. Yet have the patience to start at the front line in the initial months and build a top performing sales team.
- Have the imagination to understand how the internet is going to disrupt the traditional way of selling investment and financial products.
- Excellent communication skills and energy & patience to build an organisation.
