Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience on Salesforce.com or any other CRM On demand is desirable
Minimum 1+ years of hands on experience on Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visual force, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services, SOQL Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net), Apex Data Loader, .Net 3.5 frame work, Ajax Knowledge on HTML, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Flex, Java script is required
Middleware - Oracle ESB/TIBCO/Web Methods Database - Oracle, DB2, Sql Server (Any one or more) - Data Modelling Experience will be added advantage
The developer will be responsible for successfully developing and supporting standard and custom applications, extensions and integration for the Salesforce.com product in a large enterprise environment
Development experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing software applications using .Net is required
Good understanding of Salesforce functionality - Account management, Contact Management, Opportunity management, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Forecasting, Reports, Products Management, Workflows and Approval processes, etc.

Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain points
Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans

Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
