Sales Executive/ Sales Representative (2-4 Years)
SHRUTI is an innovative business within Company, which aims to timely screen, diagnose and treat patients who suffer from Chronic Ear infections in India. It is a unique program developed on Business Model Innovation, which aims to disrupt the conventional methods through concept selling and program implementation rather than a typical, medical device sales methodology. The program balances dual objectives of social impact and business growth.
Location : Gurgaon
Job Summary :
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue through signing on partners (ENT doctors) and implementing the Shruti program at their site, then following up with sales of hearing aids, consumables and other products. This involves a mix of product and service sale.
Territory coverage Shruti target customer segment includes ENT clinics/ hospitals and audiology centres in a large territory surrounding the sales executives base location, and hence will involve significant amount of travel and territory coverage
Achieving Focus implementation targets both quantity and value month on month (How field presence- 5 times a week, minimum of 5 sales calls per day, collecting data on target market, competitive product usage (hearing aids), product demonstrations, proactive product evaluations, types of procedures performed)
Customer relationship management
Recommending and organizing marketing activities demos, conference participations, booth presence
Establishing long-term medical-scientific/strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and with related major medical associations and academic Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Timely reporting of weekly reports and trackers for focus products
MBA/M.Tech / M.Pharma/ Masters Bachelors Degree in Sciences from an accredited university preferable
B.E or B.Tech / B. Pharma /Bachelors Degree in Sciences from an accredited university is a must
2 to 4 Years of Experience
Sales experience from Hearing Aid/ENT Specialty domain is preferable
Some experience of handling KOLs desirable
Open to travel > 75% time

(This will involve 60% of travel , Delhi will be base location , candidate will be covering HP , HARYANA , PUNJAB , DELHI NCR & UTTRAKHAND )
Good communication skills.
