Experience: 2-3 years. 1.To achieve revenue & COE targets on monthly basis, thereby achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue targets. 2.Review & follow up with Doctors, Lab clients & hospital clients for achievement of sales & activities, ensuring business hygiene. Ensuring 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency. 3.Coordinating for Identifying newer markets, network expansion & KOL management. 4.Creating network of franchisee & own CC to reach clients & excellent services. 5.Implementation of sales & MKT strategies. 6.Focus on weak areas of the assigned territory & improve it to achieve sales budget. 7.Coordination with multiple departments within the lab for smooth customer satisfaction & service. 8.Competitors & own strategy feedback to management. 9. Co-Ordination with logistics & operations 10.Ensure timely recovery of money & avoid bad debts 11.Build on the leads that are provided by closing the sale while addressing client concerns and moving the customers towards commitment. 12. Customer Data storage & retrieval as & when required. 13.Searching new corporate in different areas to make new empanelment and to increase business. 14. Must be able to travel to attend medical symposiums, conferences, trade shows and meet customers.
