Job Description

• Handling queries over telephone, email or chat.
• Should be prompt in replying to queries.
• Combining Sales and Marketing skills with Technical knowledge to create and deliver appropriate counselling/sales pitch.
• Create business strategies for specific leads and convert all to opportunities and sales.
• Defining strategies for assigned Leads.
• Expertise in establishing excellent networking skills.
• Clear understanding of negotiation points.
• Establish and monitor numerous activities to maximize the business
• Expertise in defining alternate domains to ensure assigned business growth.
• Develop and maintain relations with prospective referral sources.
• Ensure on time settlements to attain monthly plus annual goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

Graduate/ Post Graduate from any stream (BE or Marketing preferred)
Good oral & written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Good Team Player
Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently
High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology
Familiarity with Internet search industry preferred
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Good Communication Skill.
