Candidates need to receive calls from customers that will call related to
computer software issues of windows and mac candidates need to troubleshoot
issues like anti-virus, pop up calls like error messages and other software
Need to speak English
Need to have basic computer knowledge
Need to be flexible in shifts/process
Require only Exp candidates in terms of tech exp experience only who has worked
for outbound and inbound.

Salary is credited 1st of every month.
Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.
Leaves, comp offs and B’day Leaves are applicable.
No Stretching of any shifts you apply like morning or night.
