· Field Sales of engineering products to process industries
· Maximise sales
· Effective Coverage of OEM customers to generate business
· Customer interface between customer and the organisation
· Customer Relationship Management
· Order Booking
· Interaction with OEM branch offices/consultants/turnkey contractors
· Collection of payments & facilitation in collection of C Forms
· Product presentation to customers (Product features/Quality/Services etc)
· Making cold calls and generating new customers
· Willing to travel extensively to ensure achieving required call frequency
· Conversion of Competitor products to ours
· Collect back bank guarantees, security deposits etc
· Pre-order/post order follow ups
· Submission of the offer in time and follow-up of orders
Candidate Profile: Engineers BE / B Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electrical Engineering) age 24-29 with 2 to 7 years B2B sales experience to OEMs in organisations dealing in industrial valves or light engineering products (hydraulics, pumps, compressors, exchangers etc.). Experience in handling oil / Gas/refinery/chemicals / Pharma / Power customers will be an added advantage.
