Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Sales Executive/Manager who is Self-Driven, Determined for Hunting Opportunities, with a tact to understand Customer Requirements, Find the Gaps/Shortcoming in their Current Biz Process, Able to Suggest the Right Product/Solution, Communicate the Requirements to our Tech Team, Present the Proposed Product/Solution, Handle Objections, Propose & Quote for the Product/Solution, Map the Customer and Close the Deal. Ideally a Street Smart Rainmaker, who can is Highly Motivated, and Who is ready to take on New Challenges and can deliver Results in Time with our Team!
The Sales Executive/Manger has to works closely with Product Team, Pre-Sales Team and Design Team to Vet the BOM and Solution Architectures, in order to provide end to end solutions for End-Customers. Candidates should possess a broad knowledge across Software Products/Solution Selling.
Position Key Responsibilities:
? Sales of ERP, POS, Other SaaS Software to Multiple Verticals Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, Services, Logistics, Education, IT/ITES
? Identify and Create New Business Opportunities in the Region
? Generate Sales Funnel through Field Sales Activates
? Handle Sales Leads Generated by the Marketing Team and Inbound Team
? Sales Calls to Understand Customer Requirements
? Deliver Software/Solution/Product Demos and Sales Presentations (Online & On-Site)
? Build Relationships with New and Existing Customers
? Build Partner/Dealer Network for Product Sales
? Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs, networking events, etc.
? Manage and monitor all activities through company CRM
Skills Required
Candidates for this role must have evidence of, and experience with, the following skills:
? Minimum of 3years of Software or Software Solutions Sales Experience in South India.
? Strong technical understanding of technologies, Products like ERP, SCM, POS, etc.
? Ability to understand and articulate (to different stakeholders) Requirements of Customers to Back-End Tech Team and Pre-Sales Team
? Work with project managers, other technical disciplines, vendors and business units to transform business requirements into solutions
? Documentation of Application/Product Requirements
? Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities
? Partner Relationship Skills would be an added Advantage
? Good understanding of high-level application and product/Solution architecture
? Excellent written, verbal presentation skills with Negotiation and Closing Skills
