Hiring sales coordinator(1 - 5 year) - Delhi Job Description / Responsibilities: The job responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to the same. Searching Project related information and tenders over the net. Handling tendering , E - tendering activities from preparing documents to be submitted , uploading the bid etc. Keeping track of developments at clients end with respect to submitted Bids. Maintaining proper co - ordination between the Principals and the Clients. Attending technical / commercial Pre Bid and Post Bid meetings with the Clients Taking dictation and drafting letters Screening of mail & couriers Preparing documentation / presentations in MS Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint , etc.) Physical and Electronic filing of documents Fixing appointments & meetings Making travel & hotel arrangements and providing assistance in the general administration of the Office Assisting the Sales Team in Bid preparation and submission Follow - up of the whole project till the delivery and acceptance of the products at site Assisting the management in organizing presentations , seminars and exhibitions. It may kindly be noted that the Incumbent would be groomed by our Company for the job to enable him to discharge his responsibilities diligently. Desired Profile of the Candidate: The Candidate should be a smart and energetic Graduate or BBA with 1 to3 years experience of working in an Organization of repute with similar functional area. He / She should have pleasing personality with decent interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal English. Incumbent should be well versed with operation of computers like MS Office (Word , Excel , PowerPoint , etc).
