2. Responsible for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics:
a. Maintain regular customer connect
b. To complete renewals on time.
c. Loan book size , higher utilisation
d. Portfolio credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit)
e. Interest Spreads
f. Cross Sell
g. Healthy portfolio mix
3. Develop annual account plans for Retailers
4. Effective monitoring , tracking and closing exceptions , deferrals and deviations.
5. Delinquency management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers.
