Job Description

Key accountabilities

Zone administrative requests (zone user management, )
Zone template settings
Zone reporting
Zone license management
Coaching / onboarding of local administrators
o Regularalignment
o Inform on new release functionalities
o License impact / follow up based on user creations
o QA on conventions agreed with local admins for templates (report, mail, )
o Cascading of information linked to release / -> from English communication translated to local communication
o Or cascade up -> on specific issues that pop up regularly
o Training new local administrators
o Setup new users / editing users
o Managing report types
BAU support participation for tickets
COE onboarding process participation - alignment on administration process extensions (central + local)
Training of new administrators (local / zone)

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Advanced understanding of SFDC COE processes
Basic understanding of commercial processes
Expert understanding of the EI-CRM template
Good understanding of SFDC administration tasks
Basic understanding of SharePoint
Basic understanding of SFDC license model and limitations
High school or university degree
3-5 years of relevant experience
Language skills
English (Fluent: ability to clearly address various levels of management and handle problematic situations in writing and in oral)
Additional languages are an advantage: German, Dutch, French, Russian, Hungarian

Travel requirements:
Occasional trips to key external vendors
Occasional trips to key ABI Business locations
Occasional team meetings
