Job Description

Co-owning the AUM and Revenue target for the Mutual Funds/ Investments Product with the Mapped Exclusive RM Team

(along with all related products including and not restricted to structured products)
Completing Risk Profiling of Mapped customers to the RMs along with the RM / Service Anchors help

Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' current Wealth Portfolio both on and off book and align it with the clients financial goals, current provision and planned milestones

Analyzing client information and prepare investment plans best suited to individual clients' requirements

Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes
Organizing customer meets involving presentation on new product opportunities and emerging market trends with / without the help of AMCs

Rebalancing the Portfolio of customer on need basis and suggesting entry and exit strategy for the investors
Keeping himself updated on the financial markets & products (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Derivatives)

Job skills required:
MBA/CA/ post-graduation (or any other professional qualification)with minimum 4-5 years experience as Investment
Advisor in any leading private or MNC Bank or a national level distributor of MF products or Sales Manager with an AMC; should have AMFI certification; qualified in NCFM/ IRDA/ CAIIB etc. would be desirable.

Should have an excellent track record of sales performance and achievement of revenue targets.

Experience in the area of broking / investment advisory/ capital markets would be an added advantage.

Should be able to understand in and out of - stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other investment classes like Gold, Real Estate, Commodities.

Should possess thorough understanding of all relevant taxation and other laws relating to investments and should necessarily have a clear grip on NRI related investments options and structured products.

Should possess high level of interpersonal skills & be an effective team player
Should be able to take sales initiatives and operate independently.

Should have very good numerical and analytical skills and flair for finance/ financial markets.

Should be able to regularly train RMs on product and processes and market trends.

Should be able to collect MIS; monitor and deliver results on his mapped Team
Ability to communicate in multiple .
