We are looking for candidates who have Exp in Inbound or outbound tech process,
who can take remote access and also who can take calls till payment page and the close call.
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge in Tech support inbound or outbound
Must be flexible in shifts and process.
Customer will call regarding the issues of the computer related to
software issues like pop calls, error code messages,anti-virus
issues, issues of Mac laptops, Ipads and iPhones like Activation
lock,iPhone disable, Itunes etc the candidates need to troubleshoot
issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
Salary Credited on the 1st of the month
6 days work and 1 fixed off
salary offered from 13k to 25k.
